Comprehensive health checks We will visit your site twice a year and perform a complete audit of the system. We will also make recommendations on how to improve your use of the system and provide re-training if required. Technical support If you have forgotten how to perform a particular task and our help guides do not help then we will talk you through over the phone or visit you at site. Automatic updates Our desktop client automatically updates itself from the server software allowing us to deliver new updates to you without downtime or involving your IT staff. Proactive support Any problems are automatically logged and uploaded to our servers overnight allowing us to find the fault and fix it rather than you having to raise a call and attempt resolution over the phone.
